Special order vinyl stickers for models

The other day we were asked to make some really thin strips of vinyl stickers for a customer to use on a model plane he was building.  He asked us to make them 0.5mm and 0.8mm wide – and yes I’m talking millimetres here!  We didn’t think it would be possible to cut the vinyl to this size, but we did a test run and to our surprise it worked.  Normally we don’t cut stickers this thin, but because there were no curves in the design we were able to make it happen for him.
