Digital printed vinyl stickers

Custom digital printed vinyl stickers are our bread and butter.  These are the most common custom stickers that we make and with good reason.  These are high-quality, long-life, waterproof stickers that can be printed in full colour, and cut to custom shapes (kiss cut).  They can also be supplied in sheets or on rolls so they are super versatile and customisable.  The beauty of these stickers is that you don’t need huge numbers to make it economical to print your custom stickers.  Pricing depends on the vinyl stock you select, the size of your stickers and the number of stickers you want.  We just have a minimum order of approximately $170+gst

We have just added a new product to the digitally printed stickers range – white sticker prints on clear stock. These are ideal for custom labels, for applications on glass, bottles, etc etc etc.

Pre-sized shape stickers and labels

We also have a range of pre-sized stickers available to purchase in our online sticker shop.  These are great for promotional uses, event giveaways, bands, product labels, address labels, sealing packaging etc.  These are a good option if you’re looking for something that doesn’t need to last too long, and won’t break the bank.  Prices for these start from around $259 for 1000 stickers.  You upload your artwork and select your sticker size and shape from the options available online.  Custom shapes are not available for this product, if you need a sticker with a custom shape check out our other sticker options within this post.

Vinyl die cut stickers (decals)

One of our favourite types of custom stickers are vinyl die cuts (decals).  These look so so good, they are simple yet simply the best.  They ooze sophistication and cool vibes.  Making these stickers takes a lot of time and requires great care and attention from a dedicated human.  These stickers are firstly machine cut out of a sheet of vinyl, we then carefully remove all the cutouts and background by hand, and finish them off by applying application tape (which is removed after the end user has applied their sticker to the desired surface).

These are a uniquely custom sticker, and due to the hand-made nature of the manufacturing process, the complexity of the artwork and size of the sticker will be a big factor in determining the price.  Obviously quantity also matters, but not as much as it is for screen printed stickers – die cuts (decals) are not one of those ‘the more you buy the cheaper it gets’ sort of a product.

We mostly make single coloured vinyl die cut stickers but we can also make two or three coloured stickers, or even a hybrid mix where we use a digital printed sticker as part of a vinyl decal like the example shown below:

Screen printed stickers

Screen printed stickers are great for bumper stickers and anything where you need lots and lots of high-quality stickers.  These are the sticker-world’s answer to ‘the more you buy the cheaper it gets’ sort of a product.  They are not suitable for short runs because there are set up costs involved which means small runs are not economical.  For small runs you’re better off using digital printed stickers (see above).  The good thing with screen printed stickers is that once you’ve paid for the set up costs, you can order re-runs or re-prints at a lower cost per unit because you only pay for the set up costs once – provided you’re not changing your artwork that is.  So, if you think you need lots of stickers printed now and in the future, these are your best bet.
