Custom Address Labels for Product Shipments, Business Mail, Envelopes and Courier Bags

Custom address labels are great – nothing better than saving time and a sore hand writing out the same boring stuff over and over. We make a lot of these, with the best stickers tending to be in our presized range. These come in lots of 1000, and the labels are shaped like circles, squares, rounded rectangles etc. They are priced so that the app of a sticker makes the sore writing hand a thing of the past.

What can address labels be used for?

These stickers can be used for lots of things – the ones above were used to customise brochures from each of their locations, but we have made them for lots of applications including:

  • return address labels for envelopes
  • courier bag sender labels
  • product dispatch labels
  • branded packaging labels
  • event invitation envelopes
  • office and admin labels
  • small business order packaging
  • covering up mistakes! (Which happens more than you think 😜)

For businesses that send out regular orders, address labels help keep your outgoing shipments consistent. Instead of writing or stamping the same details each time, you can apply a clean printed sticker and move on to the next parcel.

Paper or vinyl address labels?

The best material depends on how the labels will be used.

Paper labels are a good option for indoor use, envelopes, letters and general admin. They are cost-effective and ideal when the label does not need to handle moisture or outdoor conditions.

Vinyl labels are a better choice for courier bags, parcels, packaging, or anything that may be handled more roughly. Vinyl stickers are more durable than paper and can be supplied with a gloss or matt laminate for extra protection.

If your labels are going onto plastic courier bags, cardboard cartons or product packaging, vinyl is usually the safer option.

What size should address labels be?

For return address labels, smaller rectangle sizes are usually best. They need to be large enough to read clearly, but not so large that they dominate the envelope or parcel.

For courier bags and business packaging, a slightly larger label can work well, especially if you want to include your logo, website, phone number or social media details.

If you are not sure what size to choose, our presized sticker range is a good place to start.  These come in both indoor/splash resistant or outdoor/waterproof options (recommended for courier labels).  You can also request a custom size if you already know the exact dimensions you need.

Ordering custom address labels

You can supply your own print-ready artwork, or we can help set up a simple address label design for you. Most address label designs include a business name, return address, logo and contact details.

For the best result, keep the layout clean and easy to read. Avoid making the text too small, especially if the labels will be used on courier bags or parcels.
