Your print proof visual is attached – This is exactly what will print, although colours will vary from screen to screen.
You must confirm with an email response that this proof is correct – we will not begin your job until you respond via email that you wish to proceed. Payment does NOT mean you have confirmed that your artwork is correct and for us to start.
Please check it carefully, and then double check it. If there is a pink or red line in your image, this is the die line and indicates the edge of the sticker. Unless specified, this will NOT print.
If it is incorrect please let us know what is wrong and we will resend your proof.
Once you confirm this is correct, all responsibility for the content of the print is yours, and yours alone. Customstickers.co.nz will not be held responsible for omissions or mistakes with your artwork once you agree for us to proceed with printing. Once you confirm the artwork and for us to proceed, your artwork may not be changed. We are not responsible for any delays in production due to you not confirming that your artwork is correct and you wish to proceed.
We are not responsible if there are courier delays if we have printed and shipped with a reasonable expectation that the courier will deliver as promised. If you have a deadline and have not had this date specifically confirmed for delivery in writing by us we are not responsible for any delays not meeting your deadline.
Your confirmation of this artwork and this order is deemed acceptance of your personal liability to pay our invoice, without exception, including any and all debt recovery or other reasonable costs incurred to collect payment.
If you’re ordering online from our sticker shop the following terms and conditions apply:
- We are nice people – if you have any questions ask us, and if we notice anything wrong we will contact you. If we don’t notice any problems, it isn’t our fault!
- By submitting your artwork for us to print, you agree that all responsibility for the content, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low resolution artwork, incorrect stock selection or sizing is yours and yours alone. You agree to release customstickers.co.nz, any person, contractor, employee or other company associated with customstickers.co.nz from responsibility for any mistakes or omissions once you purchase.
- You agree to waive your right to a proof if you have purchased and made payment through our shop. We will attempt to contact you if we have any problems or notice any issues with your artwork at our discretion.
- You agree that your order is final – if you change your mind or wish to alter the order we will try to accommodate your needs but may not be able to do so. We can only do so through direct contact. If we cannot alter or cancel your order, then you agree that it will continue as originally ordered.
